Founded in 2009 and headquartered in Bengaluru, India, Sumukha Automation Pvt Ltd began as a specialized company in medium and heavy engineering fabrication, building a strong reputation through consistent quality and execution. We are certified with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, EN 1090-2:2018 EXC.3 – European Standard for Structural Steel Fabrication, ISO 3834-2:2021 – Welding Quality Requirements.

Under the umbrella of Sumukha Strategic Ventures (SSV), the group expanded into precision engineering in 2018–19 with the formation of Sumukha Technologies as a proprietorship, leveraging the engineering foundation and manufacturing expertise of Sumukha Automation.

After more than a decade of successfully running precision machining and component production, the business was restructured and formally incorporated as a private limited company. In 2025, Sumukha Technologies was rebranded as Array Manufacturing Private Limited, marking the next phase of growth with a focused vision on scalable, high-precision manufacturing.

Array has since evolved into a key player in delivering high-quality precision components across multiple industries, including consumer goods, automotive, aerospace, medical, and defense.

With 6 state-of-the-art manufacturing units in Bengaluru housing CNC machines across 85,000 sq. ft. of production space, and 2 specialized units in Chennai dedicated to shipbuilding and windmill transporters, we are strategically positioned to serve global markets with both precision and scale.

Our capabilities span 24+ distinct manufacturing operations, enabling us to produce over 1800 specialized components for diverse industries. Additionally, through partnerships with leading Heavy Engineering, contract manufacturers, we extend our expertise into assembly solutions, ensuring complete support from Fabrication, machining to final product delivery.
